So, me and DJ Q were supposed to do a mixtape for The Affair this week but I was busy with work and doing other cool important things so I never got around to it. I decided to record my set from our weekly party session at #Thrive to make up for it. This set was kinda weird for a club set because, due to the rain, we didn’t have much of a crowd so I was just playing whatever for about 2 hours…and I was totally trashed. I’m not even going to mention the fact that I was djing with 2 of the most warped records ever smh. All of this makes for an interesting listen to say the least. Check it out.

I’ve been ranting and excitedly raving about this mixtape/album for the past two days. The Weekend is made up of Toronto singer Abel Tesfaye and producers Doc McKinney and Illangelo, who introduced Esthero to the world. This is the dopest collection of rnb songs I have heard in awhile. Imagine the best Drake rnb tracks with better vocals, content men can relate to, and beautiful music that women will love. That pretty much sums up this album. Check it out.
